How do we empower parent-teacher communications?
Dream Scholars was created not solely for the benefit of some very special, emotionally gifted children, but also their parents! We will be utilizing a daily platform (which both parents will have access to) throughout the day with MEANINGFUL updates on what your child is learning and how they are thriving on the farm. Imagine getting a picture of your unsure child finally hugging a goat or feeling brave enough to hold another friend’s hand or sharing something with another peer and exhibiting kindness? All conversation for the dinner table, so YOU can be an active participant in your child’s education!
Does my child need to be toilet-trained, or as we call it, the “potty party”?
No! Being a more intimate setting, consider us as part of your extended family! We can follow whatever it is that you are doing at home so that your child’s progress stays onward and we don’t develop any toilet anxieties. We call it “the potty party!” time. We want your child to feel as safe with us as they do with you because here at Dream Scholars, every child is treated like our own! Don’t hesitate to share if your child is having diaper rash or any issues, and we can accommodate with a gentle, loving hand.
How many classes do you have in the program?
In our efforts to be developmentally-appropriate and child-centered, we currently have two classes: the ponies and the horses. Although not always dependent on age, our younger friends do tend to start in the pony class and graduate to the horse class, with our horse class being mostly students preparing for Kindergarten. While both classes enjoy the same course offerings and experiences, the difference is in class expectations. For example, for our ponies, we might ring the class bell during Genius Hour to practice our power listening ears and (only briefly) sit on the mat; then our students go back to their free-choice Genius Hour stations. On the other hand, our horses love to practice writing skills and their mathematical stories and spend more time engaging in academic group dynamics, but will of course also enjoy their free-choice Genius Hour stations where the learning is all powered through play!
On an exciting note, we will also be offering an intimate Kindergarten pod beginning Fall 2026. Enrollment will be highly selective, and this class will have its own set schedule apart from the ponies and horses. Please inquire if interested.
What are the tuition costs? And do I have options?
The program tuition for the 2025-2026 from September to June is as follows:
5 full days: $22,712
3 full days: $14,554
We do not have half-days in our program, only offer full days from 9-3PM for the pony class or 8:45-2:45 for the horse class (before/after care is available). Families have the option to pay the tuition in full with a discount, half, or a 10-month payment plan.
(Tuition also includes one day of camp for the Thanksgiving and winter and spring breaks, as well as several exclusive family events on the farm throughout the year such as our Halloween Hocus Pocus Hullabaloo, December holiday showcase, Spring farm day, and more)
*As spots are highly limited, preference for admission will go to our 5 full day applicants as well a first-come, first-evaluated model.
How does before and after care work? We call it the “village drop off”
So what is the village drop off? Think of it as that trusted family member you have in your circle that will always help you in a pinch or when you’re feeling burned out. Our village drop off is one-cost for both early and after care.
You can trust your child with us for BEFORE and AFTER care from 8AM and 2:30-5pm for our extended day. Why? Because sometimes things just come up or your work schedule may not accommodate the program day. Children will also receive an additional riding lesson, farm class, or craft experience during after care, so it’s always fruitful quality time!
When do I apply? What is the application process like?
Our program is a rolling-admissions program, meaning that your child can apply at any time throughout the year! Our pony class begins at age 2.5 years old and now with our Kindergarten pod, we will be extending into the Kindergarten years.

Are these horses safe? Tell me a little about the farm animals and facility!
We have small, medium, and big horses, but they have all been hand-selected after going through a very rigorous evaluation process. Dreamweaver Equine Center is a wellness barn by trade and so all their therapy horses are trained and chosen for their gentle and forgiving temperament. Of course, with horses, or with anything in the world, there is always a risk but we try our very best to minimize all the possible variables that could impede confidence and success.
Any other farm animals? We love our goats and donkeys! But there is definitely a running dispute on whether you are part of the goat fan club or the donkey fan club. Which one do you favor? We also have bunnies, whom we dearly love named Bluey, Bingo, and Bandit!
And our facility: we have a heated and amazing indoor bathroom, an indoor (covered) equestrian ring so that we can ride rain or shine, and our indoor classroom is temperature-controlled for all four seasons. We also take pride in sanitizing BEFORE and AFTER every program day because germs are real and being a preschooler should not mean that you’re sick almost every other day of the week! Safe in every respect is our motto.
